1. prices
1.1 prices mentioned on the website are retail prices and billed in Euros.
1.2 please note: we cannot be held responsible for additional customs/import fees/taxes or expenses otherwise, that might apply in your country.

2. confirmation
2.1 Once you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation by email including invoice.
2.2 If the orderd products are not in stock, olga korstanje will contact you as soon as possible and refund of payments will be made on your account within 3 working days.

3. Warranty
3.1 While we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
3.2 Leather is a natural product therefore definitely no guarantee can be made for small deviations in color, quality, blemishes, the discolor and/or issuing of leather and suede.
3.3 In case of technical problems with products you bought here you can always contact Olga Korstanje.
