delivery and returns

1. delivery
1.1 Delivery cost for orders within the Netherlands 5 euros.
1.2 Delivery cost for orders within the rest of Europe 15 euros.
1.3 Delivery cost for orders within the rest of the world 25 euros.
1.4 After your order is placed and payment is received we will confirm the order and send the package within 3 working days. All packages will be send by PostNL, by registrated mail, except for orders below 50 euros within the Netherlands.
1.5 We pack your parcel with great care. At the moment the parcel reaches you, please check that your order has arrived undamaged. If this is not the case, you should NOT accept the delivery, and give it back to the carrier. In that case the damage is caused during transport and the carrier will make a note of this. Make sure this is done and that you get a copy.

2. returns
2.1 If the product doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days. Before return always send a mail to shop@olgakorstanje.com. Returnings are at one’s own expense. The product should be in the original state and returned in the original package. Olga Korstanje has the right to refuse a return delivery if the product has been used or damaged by return transport as a result of unapropiate handling. Refund of payments will be made on your account within 3 working days. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
